Colorplay Challenge Winners!

We have winners!

KNITTING      CROCHETING

Hap's Piwheel by Kristin Rowse

What fun I had!!! Inspired by the image of a child's pinwheel and the colors in a mini kaleidoscope I gave my son for Christmas, I designed my own pattern. I selected six detail colors (#3488 Dark Red, #3528 Light Bright Yellow, #3541; Light Cantaloupe, #3703 Chartreuse, #3807 Dark Turquoise, #3940 Dark Purple) plus one background color (#3003 Linen White) to complete this project. The finished scarf measures 8"w X 58 1/2".

A Tangle of Color by StephSario

The yarn is showcased in this scarf by weaving strands of color through a mirrored wave pattern.

I used five colors of Cotton Classic: Taupe, Wheat, Antique Amethyst, Spruce, Coral.

For more specific info on how I made this scarf and another picture, go to my Ravelry page.

Congratulations ladies! You did a fantasic job knitting scarves with Tahki Cotton Classic! We love your interpretations and so did the voters.

The folks from Tahki will be in touch to get  you your prizes: Over $250 worth of Cotton Classic or Cotton Classic Lite!
