Bergère de France puts over sixty-five years of yarn know-how at your service. Created by Robert Petit in 1946, the company is still family owned and is now run by his son, Jean-Louis and grandson Geoffroy.
For over half a century, Bergère de France has developed a perfect balance of time-honored tradition and the latest technical innovations. Based in Bar-le-Duc, in the heart of the Lorraine region, it is the last industrial woolen mill in France to produce hand-knitting yarns. Covering an area of fourteen acres and employing around 400 people, it is one of the largest and most advanced mills of its kind in Europe.
We've teamed up with Bergère de France to bring you a contest to win some of their fabulous pattern books!
Enter by Wednesday, 3/12, and we'll announce the winner on Thursday, 3/13.
