Green fur?! Whenever they use "fun" to describe a pattern they are usually ugly, this is no exception.

LOVE the cowl. I've made 2 small ones so far. First one I used Plume in center but thought was too "hairy". So 2nd one I made with Minestrone in center and used rib pattern to give it some stretch. Turned out really nice. Can't wait to make more.

I'm with SharonW. Patternworks yesterday launched their "Coyote" faux fur. Honey, I've **seen** coyotes, and the very last thing I'd want around my neck is something that looks dirty, matted, and mangy. Yuck. Sometimes, a knitter just has to put her foot down and say "Enough!" This is one of those times.

I love the idea of using the faux fur yarn and I particularly wanted to make the cowl. However $100!!!!!!!! for a skein of the Cool/Wild Yarn, which isn't even nylon which is what the presenter said she preferred in faux fur yarns!

BIG YUCK to the fake fur. Didn't like it the first time around and really dislike it now. Can't manufacturers come up with something besides this ugly stuff to make money.
