I, too ,am looking for the free download for the Old World Booties by Gryphon Perkins. Have we been baited and switched? If it is not available as a free pattern, please update the site to remove the offering and the pattern discussion. If it is still available, could you please give guidance as to how to access the pattern?

These booties are great! Sadly, although the lead-in says: "By popular demand, we have made arrangements to bring back the Old World Booties pattern by Gryphon Perkins. (Free download! Whoo!)", when I click on the link, it doesn't get me to a free download. I see that a few others are having the same issues. What's up?

I would love to download the "Old World Booties" pattern by Gryphon Perkins, but when I click on FREE Download....the message " Access Denied"

I know it was an honest mistake . . . why not do the honorable thing and offer it for free again for a week at least? Looks like it would make a lot of knitters happy :-)

I was overjoyed when this pattern first came out, only to find it is only for children. I second all those requests for a resized pattern for adults. If you're old and live in Vermont but still are a bit whimsical, it isn't easy to both keep your feet warm and feel chic and updated at the same time.

Gold Bobble Booties........HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please, I have them on my needles now and keep ripping, not sure if it's ME or the PATTERN. At "Upper", where we are to work 9 rows in St st (for smallest size bootie), do I start with a PURL row or with a KNIT row? If I'm following along correctly, this would start on the WS, hence the confusion. ANYONE????????????
