&lt;p&gt;I currently add about 2 inches in length to everything, always cast off the shoulders all at once to make them square shouldered, and generally &amp;nbsp;&amp;quot;bell&amp;quot; the patterns outward to accomodate my full figure. &amp;nbsp;I need help on how to make a sleeve fit after i have added to the underarm area. &amp;nbsp;Just adding overall up sizing to a garment leads to a &amp;quot;guy&amp;quot; silhouette and that is not flattering. I think this woudl make a great new series becasue all knitters I know eventually alter patterns to fit.&lt;/p&gt;
