So -- why when it is the first day after the start of Spring, when we are all thinking abut spring and summer - is there a show on knitting mittens?  Makes no sense!  And when this show become knitting and crocheting daily?

While I agree that it is a little late in the season to think about mittens and hats, I appreciate the opportunity to view a project that I would like to make ahead of time as gifts for next season. Furthermore, I have had difficulty understanding the construction of thumb holes until viewing this program. It was very clearly demonstrated and as a result, I applied the technique to a knitting pattern and have completed my first successful mitten!

I keep seeing complaints about the new format, the addition of crochet information,  etc. I just discovered this show and I am thankful to be able to watch something about my favorite hobbies.  Knitting and  crochet too!
