Hi I'm looking for the name of the blue sweater with smoking pattern

I was looking for the blue smocked top, too.  I think I found it on Ravelry - it appears to be the Gossamer Smocked Tunic by Shelley Gerber, published in the Spring 2011 issue of Interweave Knits (which would make sense).  I really wish Knitting Daily would include information like this for items on display, including what Eunny and others are wearing!

I don't see an answer on what pattern the sweater Eunny is wearing is. Would love to know so I can also make it.
