That's EXACTLY the bolero I need for a new dress that's a bit too revealing for work. I already have the yarn picked out. And brilliant idea to use the hook (I think I have that clasp in my stash...)

Necklace-closure hooks! How clever! I love the idea of hook closures like that (your bolero looks wonderful, btw), but the commonly available ones are mostly not me.

I have to agree with Artful Soul and Lynne W; you look fantastic in the Bolero! Like you and Honeybee I am also a Raquel Welch stand in who has difficulty with fitting. The Bolero looks like just the ticket. Thanks for your inspiration and the advice on buttons!

Wow, that Bolero is absolutely wonderful on you! I can visualize it on myself now.. And what a great button closure you have worked up. My miserable button stash never works for me on the projects that involve MATCHING multiples...but this is an ideal bolero to maybe FIRST select a button, and THEN get the yarn to go with!

I've had my eye on that bolero but wasn't sure I could pull it off with my ample boobage - but you're busty too and it looks GREAT on you! Thanks for encouraging me to forge ahead and add it to my queue!
