Dear Shay: I enjoy your TV show, but not your web site. I am not skilled enough to figure out instructions from a project photo. Nice to see you and your guests, though. The more I search, the greater the disappointment. No patterns, no instructions. I see from posted comments of years past that I am not alone... Are you even aware of the problem? Thank you for your attention.

I see comments posted from June 2008. It is now February 2010. They're mostly all the same: Patterns, please. Do not the "powers that be" at Needle Arts Studio even read the comments? Is Shay aware of viewer frustration? We are being baited, no?

Wow -- after randomly selecting episodes, I read that most posted comments are about the lack of instructions (as Shay does say are provided on the site). I am not the only one, and wonder why the frustration is not addressed... Is the TV show only a clever infomercial? I'm not buying, thank you.

A-ha! Does not Shay direct to follow this path in order to access instructions? I was becoming frustrated in my search... Thanks to the 'folks' who comment, now I know; and that's it for Shay and this site! Goodness... I just learned more from the posted comments than from the show synopsis.

Finally have the show in my area and I love it. I do however have one complaint. When filming a technique on the show the camera is in the front, this angle is really confusing for me. If the camera were shooting from over the shoulder of the person demonstrating the technique it would be much easier to understand what is happening. Does anyone else find this camera angle confusing?
