Though I have known how to knit for a long time, I never really ventured too far out of the box until I recently began watching "Knitting Daily". Love the show and have tried a few of the techniques shown in some of the item s that I have made. The tutorials are really great and easily visible. So now the box is on the shelf and I am out of it trying new things. Thanks so much. I look forward to seeing what else I can try that you will show!

It has been a pleasure to watch and learn so much from each episode!! Portuguese knitting has brought comfort to my aching fingers. It may take me a while to be able to finish a project but I enjoy knitting so much more now!! Thank you.

I would *love* to win the Portuguese knitting book. Someone showed me the technique about a year ago, but it was hot out and i was having trouble concentrating. (She learned from a former Romanian neighbor). I was not understanding the difference between regular purls and the Portuguese knitting style purls so I want to learn more.

The woman I talked to was convinced that it was an older technique than either English or Continental, because you find it widespread in 2nd and 3rd world countries where there is a lot more in the way of "traditional" crafts (where techniques are generally passed down one on one) instead of with books and patterns or online(!) (that's the way I've learned most knitting beyond the basics: i.e., "How do you do X? Find the book with the clearest diagrams or the YouTube video with the best animation or best closeup photography).

I really like Eunny Jang's openings, where she always teaches me something new. I also like how she presents each lesson clearly and slowly enough to follow along, and explains what she is doing step by step and makes sure the camera gets a good shot!

I would love to be able to watch this show but its not on Dish in my area. It would so great to have the show on DVD I am teaching myself how to knit and love it. I am making knitted hats and getting better each time.

I wish my local station would carry Knitting Daily TV. They say they have a craft channel, but there are few needle-involved crafts The only way I get to watch is to buy the DVDs. I'd really like to win one of them.

Having a busy schedule, I find that the DVDs allow me to feel as if I'm part of a really informative knitting class. And the information is so clearly presented and demonstrated. Thank you!

I really enjoy your program. I like having them on DVD because in a rural area sometimes PBS stations broadcast is erratic.
