Hi! I am looking for this pattern also. . . it was show cased with miter corners...found that one - could not find this one....
I wanted to make this also for my nieces... I will watch your post for any responses.
This is what I have come up with on my own. (I could not find pattern)
cast on 24 -
knit 2 foundation rows,
knit 8, turn work - first stitch is slipped, work garter to beg.
knit 4 stitch, slip stitch to purl(move yarn to back) knit to end.
knit across.
Repeat...
Hope this helps...I am not sure what needle size is used (I used size 8)
Hello, I've begun this pattern you've suggested with a few changes to suit me. I am wondering though, how would you suggest to finish off the end of the scarf to assure it looks like the beginning?
Thanks!

Thank you so much for sharing this. I saw the session on Knitting Daily but have not been able to find the pattern. There will be some happy people as I plan to knit this scarf for gifts for the homeless this Christmas.

3 Minute short row scarf. Here is even an easier pattern. It is the one Unni used on TV. I've made it using No. 3 or 2 Weight yarn and a size 10 needle or needle of your choice. It depends on how lacey you want the scarf.
Cast on 26 stitches.
Knit 2 rows
Row 1. Slip first stitch as to purl knit 8 stitches and turn work.
Row 2 slip first stitch as to purl and knit to end
row. 3 slip first stitch as to purl knit 4 stitches and turn work.
Row. 4. Slip first stitch as to purl and knit to end.
Row 5 Slip first stitch as to purl knit across the entire row
Repeat these 5 rows until scarf is desired length.
Then knit 2 rows and BO loosley.
Sew the V up on both ends with mattress stitch
Your directions were great...Saved me some money...thanks...
