I am lace knitting for the first time. I am knitting Georgiana Shawlette. There is a chart for all the stitches and one says. "no stitch". Do I slip that stitch or what? May

Hi May,

I am giving you a link to Chart Symbols from the Craft Yarn Council.  This should help you in your future knitting projects.  http://www.craftyarncouncil.com/chart_knit.html

and this one http://www.smart-knit-crocheting.com/knitting-charts.html  Please read for further explanation of how to treat a "no stitch" box.  Save the links to your favorites so you can refer to them when you need to.  Hope this helps you out May.

And all the women who were wise of heart spun with their hands, and they kept bringing as yarn the blue thread and the wool dyed reddish purple, the coccus scarlet material and the fine linen.   Ex. 35:25
