The Check Slouch hat pattern seems to have an error in the 2nd rnd of the decrease section...if done as written it will screw up the patterning...????
I couldn't find any corrections online. The pattern is going to change with the decreases however. Some of the checks will have to get smaller but the pattern shouldn't shift the checks over if that's what's happening.You may have to do the decreases and watch the sts fom previous rows in order to determine which color yarn to use rather than following the instructions.
Thanks! I just forged ahead and completed the pattern as written...it seems like it is 'ok', but doesn't line up like the pattern photo does....
