Hello everyone!
I am trying to knit these socks but now i am stuck at the start of the heel flap. I have moved the 3 sts to needle 2 and now see that my 1st row of the heel chart is a WS. Do i knit this row as a WS and if this is the case How to do SSk or K2tog. My guess is this 1st row has to be a RS. How do i get it to be a RS?
There is something wrong there so I cant go further with pattern. Could someone help?
hi alinecatherine,
Maybe some of this would help if you want to take a few minutes to check them out.

a K2tog is done by kniting both stitches at same time exactly as you would knit one stitch but just putting your right tip of needle thru 2 stitches instead of just one stitch.
Also there is a SOCKS thread here in the KD Forum which could help you out as well with some of your sock questions. http://www.knittingdaily.com/forums/p/5076/42415.aspx#42415
And all the women who were wise of heart spun with their hands, and they kept bringing as yarn the blue thread and the wool dyed reddish purple, the coccus scarlet material and the fine linen. Ex. 35:25
Can you provide a link to the pattern? Are the WS rows knit rows? What stitch pattern is used for the heel, stockinette, rib, slip sts?
