Susan Trotter of Midlothian, Virginia, is our newest Yarn of the Hour winner. We sent her the linen yarns featured in the November/December 2008 issue of Handwoven. Susan has been "weaving/thinking about weaving/trying to understand weaving" for about ten years. She loves overshot, and is learning about old Colonial American drafts. One recent project included a tartan scarf. On her loom right now is a set of napkins using an eight-shaft pattern. Congrats Susan!
