I HAVE THE SLEEVES, FRONT SIDES OF THE JACKET AND BACK KNITTED, NOW I NEED TO KNWO HOW TO PUT IT TOGEHTER AND THEN PICK UP STITCHES TO COMPLETE THE NECK AND BORDER AROUND THE FRONT SIDES AND COLLAR.

Usually sweaters are assembled by joining the fronts to the back at the shoulders. You can add the neck and front 

 It's so nice to get to this point. Congrats! You're almost finished.

Hopefully your pattern includes these next steps for you to follow.  Do you have the pattern picture or reference?  Is this your first knitted garment?

One tip I was told, and pass on to others, is to sew your seams on a sewing machine if you can. The seams are so much smoother and look so much neater.
