Thank you for all the tips and newsletter as I really enjoy it all

I am a beginner / intermediate knitter sometimes knitting experienced projects (because I enjoy the challenges so much!)

But I've always had a problem to calculate the number of eyelets for ribbon...to have the ribbon coming out both sides to be able to tie it, if you see what i mean.

As I am very visual, the only way I could figure it out lately was by drawing it on Excel!

So my question is:

Is there a trick or an existing program able to calculate this to make my life easier? :-)

Thank you very much for your help!

I couldn't find a program of app but I'll bet there is one. If you have an even number of etelets, the ribbon going through will enter and leave from the same side.

Thank you for your reply

I searched and searched for a program / software but couldnt find anything.

As for the number of eyelets, I do understand that but if you count the empty squares= stitches (the red one are K2tog stitches) then you will notice that I have 2 - 3 or 4 of them to make it right. The second side is a mirror of the 1st side...

Anyway...if anyone knows about an eyelets calculator please tell me where to find it!!!  :-)
