I am knitting a baby blanket of different color blocks.  Each block has two tail ends of yarn.  I need to "weave" these ends in so that they will not ravel out.  This blanket will be washed repeatedly and I don't want the ends to come out.  Any brilliant ideas, anyone?

I try to weave into the block itself. I usually use a yarn needle to knit into the pattern itself for about six stitches in the pattern for couple of rows and then cut the tail, it stays without unraveling in multiple washes.
