Don't know the name, but it featured cats or kittens.  There was a mention of it that I saw on some site, but the link it mentioned no longer exists, and now I can't find the site again.  For that matter I'd be interested in knitting patterns for just about any cat/kitten item available.

Hi Ce53,

You could try this site??  Type in "cat/kitten knitting patterns" into your search engines browser and there will be lots of sites that pop up for you to click on.

Good luck with this and perhaps another knitter may have something for you in their stash of magazines??   Zoe

Hi

You could have a try making your own design with kittens.

Have a look http://knittingpatterns.is

Happy designing.

I have the issue if it is the afghan with the kittens in the baskets on the front cover. The afghan is called Purrfect Afghan.  I can either scan the pages and send email or actually copy and send snail mail. Liike you stated the issue issue is impossible to find.  It is January 6, 1998.  Smile Hope this helps.

jparquer;

This is a shot in the dark, but I have been looking for a baby afghan knit in a plaid design. The original pattern was listed in a craft magazine circa 1983-84. It was worked up in blues, pink and white very soft yarn.   Since you had a Family Circle magazine from 1998, I am just inquiring to see if you remember seeing this pattern. As I said, huge shot in the dark. Thanks for anything; Nancy Jacques, Seattle WA nhjacques@gmail.com.
