Just started working on the body of the poodle, but must admit I'm a little confused about the instructions. The body is worked in rounds beginning at the back end with increases in the first 11 rounds. For example, round 6 says "[inc, sc in next 4 sc] 6 times-36 sc; there were 30 sc in the previous round, 24 in the round before that. Does it mean the increases are all done at the beginning of the round, i.e increase in each of the first 4 sc, then increase in the next 4 sc and so on 6 times? Or does it mean do an increase in every 4th sc evenly spaced 6 times (although the pattern does not say anything about evenly spacing the increases. Would appreciate anyone else's advice or interpretation of the instructions. Thank you!
