I have a bad DVD disk

Can any one help me.... I have brought all the knitting daily tv  videos.... This last set I have a problem with  the 3rd disk....    and just number 507 heritage.... the rest are all fine.  Any Ideas how to get a replacement.....

Hi lid,

At the top right hand corner is the customer service button.  You click on it and scroll down to the bottom of the page.  There you will find an email address as well as two phone numbers for interweave knits.  Please let them know what has happened to your bad dvd.  I have copied and pasted these below for you.  To get to the email, just click on the address in blue below my sign off.  Good luck with this and I do hope it all turns out well.
