Just Google, picking up knit stitches. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;The sleeves are a little more standard. Usuallly just increases on either side every so many rows if you knit from the cuff to the top of the sleeve. &lt;/p&gt;
