The eyelet holes will open up and the slant should correct. Don&amp;#39;t try to adjust tension on the sts. That&amp;#39;s always difficult to maintain and will just result in uneveness. The pattern is a simple 2 row repeat:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1st row is (yo, k2tog)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2nd row is purl&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;ve done about 4 inches and the pattern appears to be slanting to the right. &amp;nbsp;Also what should look like little square boxes seem to look more like diamonds.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
