&lt;p&gt;At the top right hand corner is the&amp;nbsp;customer service button.&amp;nbsp; You click on it and scroll down to the bottom of the page.&amp;nbsp; There you will find an email address as well as two phone numbers for interweave knits.&amp;nbsp; Please let them know what has happened to your bad dvd.&amp;nbsp; I have copied and pasted these below for you.&amp;nbsp; To get to the email, just click on the address in blue below my sign off.&amp;nbsp; Good luck with this and I do hope it all turns out well.&lt;/p&gt;
