It&amp;#39;s good to start with an G or H hook as these are medium in size and&amp;nbsp;seem to be a bit easier to handle. Granny squares come in all shapes(not just square)&amp;nbsp;and sizes, but the square is easy to master : ) &lt;/p&gt;
