This will be my first knit along and my first big project :o) I&#39;ve got DK yarn which I know is slightly finer than the recommended yarn, but my tension square seems to be ok, and I love the colour. Since I&#39;ve never done anything big before, I was wondering if there are any major problems I may encounter using DK yarn instead of aran, and if there was any way around it.</p> <p>Looking forward to getting started :o)</p> <p>Jade</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
