I cringe every time someone says alpacas are cute and cuddly. Cute I'll give you , cuddly NOT. I have llamas (cute and cuddly) , alpacas and a camel (big and huggable). Alpacas have a fisty personality. It is not just my opinion. Anyone who has llamas and alpacas will tell you the same thing. I enjoy you emails as I am a spinner, knitter and weaver. Gail Fulkerson
I agree with you! We thought of getting into the alpaca business for a while and visited several people who were raising them. They seem to be a little skittish and I supposed you have to try and socialize them from when they are young.
