Afternoon, I am new to this forum. I need some assistance with this pattern I recently purchased from the Interweave Store.
Designer Stefanie Japel In Knitscene Fall 2007. I am certain that the needle size is incorrect. I cannot get the tension guage to match her pattern size. Please can someone help me.

Are you using the identical yarn that is used in the pattern? Even so, you may knit more tightly or loosely than the person who designed or knit the model sweater. Using a different yarn may require a different needle size as well. Try different needle sizes until you get the gauge or close to it. I usually drop down 1 or 2 needle sizes to get gauge. If you can't get gauge, adjust the number of sts cast on or follow the directions for a size smaller or larger.
