I knitted one partial sock by following the Craftsy sock class but starting with a lace sock was much too advanced for me.( Let's just say, it didn't look like the picture.). I need to get through the basics first, so here I am!
I'm starting with Ann's Go To Sock, also and am using a gorgeous Regia yarn in shades of reds.
First question right away: what length DPNs should I use? I have 5" but they really look tiny.

There's a very helpful thread for this pattern (above), so you might find some useful information there--but this is one that hasn't been asked there!
Needle length is really a matter of personal preference, but I definitely like 6" or even longer. Then again, I have really big hands (enough to get an octave plus on the piano), so when I use shorter dpns I wind up with pinkies and sometimes ring fingers in the air.
You might want to try them out and see how you get along...
