Hey, everybody!  I'm a new poster here.  I'm knitting the Seaglass Shell from Interweave Summer 2012, and I'm stuck on the lace panel.  I'm still new at reading lace charts, so the instructions here confused me. At the end of the Shape Waist sections, it says "Work 1 WS row."  Does this mean to just purl that row or to work the next row in the Rivulet Lace pattern?  In the next sections, it often says to "Work 3 rows even."  Again, does this mean to just knit and purl or do I continue the lace chart?  I appreciate the help!

Hi and welcome to Knitting Daily!

"Work 1 WS row." --If you're doing the Lace chart here, it means to continue with the next WS row on the chart, whatever that is. You want to maintain the lace pattern.

In the next sections, it often says to "Work 3 rows even."  --Again, if you're following the Lace chart here, it means to continue the chart but without increases or decreases.
