please help me i am new learner of knitting and really want to learn how to knit a neck for a baby sweater and also the sleeves ..please i want good videos to learn if it is possible :)
It may depend on the kind of neck you want to knit. There are several videos online for picking up sts for a neck if that's causing you trouble. Just Google, picking up knit stitches.
The sleeves are a little more standard. Usuallly just increases on either side every so many rows if you knit from the cuff to the top of the sleeve.
If you're using a pattern, can you tell us what it is and where you're having trouble?
