I am knitting the Honeycomb Check Dishcloth http://www.sugarncream.com/pattern.php?PID=6411 and I can't figure out how to follow the instructions on row 5 "*Insert RH needle from front of work into center dec st from 3rd row and draw up a loose loop. Place this loop on RH needle. P3. Insert cable needle or crochet hook into front of same center dec st from 3rd row and draw up a loose loop. Place this loop on RH needle. P1. Rep from *"Is "draw up a loop" the same as "pick up a stitch". I don't understand if I'm supposed to use just the right side of the "center dec from row 3" or both sides (the entire v). AND do I draw up the loop from the front side of the work or do I put my needle through the fabric from the front to the back.
I hope someone understands this instruction and can shed some light on it for me. Thanks!
I hope the answer over on KH really did help. If not, come back and we'll figure out a better way to explain it.
