Size and Weight of yarn used

I would like to know what size and weight the yarn is that I need to use for the Cabled off the sholder tunic in the free ebook.

I don't have the pattern but the stitch gauge should be given in the pattern and that will give you an idea of the yarn weight. You can then search stores or online for yarn that knits to a similar gauge.
