Aligning the rows of color knitting in the round?

When I knit in the round using two colors the rounds are never even at end.  Is there a way of fixing this or do I have to knit flat and seam?  The Pattern was written for knitting in the round.

Thank you!

I got into this and can't get out.  I sent you a message already--about Meg Swansen's jogless circular knitting.

 Hi....

Even more info/ pics of hands "doing it":

If you google "jogless stripe" you'll get choices!!!

It's pretty neat as long as having your rnd Marker travel doesn't matter.
