 Cabin fever has books with top down designs, I purchased the toddler book and they have a new baby book.  I purchased the toddler bood off a different site by doing a google search and finding it less expensive.  Some libraries carry it as well.

When you go to that crystal palace site it is no longer available so please let people know that as of May 2012 it says.
