Pattern says P2 tog*k1 p2tog.then it say work in k1p1ribbing until total lenght is 12 and a half inches. I don't know what it means to work in. Could someone please help me? Thank you.
jean,
So far, when you are p2tog you are decreasing, then k1 and p2tog again, thus decreasing a total of 2 stitches each time, at this point. Next you are working in ribbing (k1p1) until your ribbing plus the previous 5 stitching equals a length of 12.5 in. According to what you wrote, remember to include the previous sequence of stitches in your measuring for a total of 12.5 inches.
And all the women who were wise of heart spun with their hands, and they kept bringing as yarn the blue thread and the wool dyed reddish purple, the coccus scarlet material and the fine linen. Ex. 35:25
