This is a guess...but maybe under "options" on "your" page you could try "edit my profile" ???
Click on your name above right...just above the search box on this page to start.

Click on your NAME at top right of page, above SEARCH box, Takes you to your Profile/Bio Page, on right side of this page, about half way down, see under: "Profile" Edit My Email. Select. You will get a message that you will be sent an email from this site and when you get it you can specify what changes you want.

Yes, you click on your NAME next to Edit at the top upper right of the page.
You will need access to your current email address to make the changes.
