I have a pattern that requires 4 colors and I would like it to look the same on both sides. Is this possible? It's a Celtic pattern with knots but they are not cables.

Gorgeous pattern! Because the color changes occur so frequently across the rows, you'll need to use Fair Isle technique and that will leave floats across the back. I would go with that and line the back with fabric in one of the four colors. I've done that for smaller blankets and it works very well.
