Has anyone knit this pattern? I was wondering if anyone has tried knitting this in just the alpaca for the entire garment.
The pattern specifies ultra alpaca 50% alpaca: 50% wool, 5 sts per in. and ultra alpaca fine: 50% alpace 50% wool, 5 sts per in. but one is a fingering weight and the other is a worsted weight.
Pattern yds for smallest size: 1299 yds. in fingering wt. AND 430 yds. in worsted wt.
And all the women who were wise of heart spun with their hands, and they kept bringing as yarn the blue thread and the wool dyed reddish purple, the coccus scarlet material and the fine linen. Ex. 35:25
