I am working on a sweater where you put shoulder stitches on stitch holders till time to finish. Now I am supposed to have both front and back of my sweater (right sides facing) and knit the shoulder stitches together and bind them off. I have never done this kind of finishing before so can someone tell me how to do it? I want to get this sweater done before March 16th for my grandsons birthday. Thanks.
This is a three needle bind off and it's fabulous. It's so neat and strong that you'll look for ways to use it on future sweaters. Basically you hold the needles parallel and knit 2 sts together, one from the front needle and one from the back and then bind off as usual. Here's a video to show you hwo:

Happy birthday to your grandson!
