I'm lost already on the Connemara Pony pattern. I've tried the invisible-provisional cast-on, but for some reason, when I cast on 7 stitches, there are 14 or 15 loops on the needle.
And after that, what does "Join for working in the round" mean? How do I do that? Thank you so very much!!

You may benefit from all the answers/questions on that thread. I do hope this will help you out. You aren't the only one experiencing difficulties with this pattern. Between everyone, I think this pattern is well on its way to being sorted out!
