Anyone know how to track down "Ryan's Hat" pattern?

Here is a link I found to a PDF file containing the pattern.  It is not on interweave so I am not sure if it is suppose to be free any more or if this is a violation to copyrights. 

I don't believe this is a violation because it is not an Interweave Knits "freebie".  I too have been searching for the pattern from other sites without any success.  Thank you for finding one!

Going over to check it out.  Hopefully, I can download it!  Cheers to you all and keep warm and cozy.  We have already had 3 feet of snow in the last 2 weeks and more is coming!!  Good time to knit.  Zoe Smile

Ryan's Hat is basically an Andean style hat and there are lots of patterns on Ravelry.

At the bottom of page 1, jshipton has posted the web link for the Ryan's Hat.  There are other ear flap hats there too.  I downloaded the patterns and really like them.
