Where do I download?

I purchased Sockupied through PayPal and have my receipt, but I can not find where to download it. Everytime I click on download it takes me back to the screen where I would have to buy it again.

I've just downloaded my purchase, I used the e-mail confirmation showing downloads, don't open, hit save button and save to your knitting folder.

If you email Interweave's support team at customerservice@interweave.com they should be able to help you out with this problem.
