hi
i have just started knitting the eco vest but i,m unsure of the pattern.
on the lower body it says on the increase row- K2,M1 (see glossary) - but in the glossary it only give instructions for M1L and M1R. never came across these before.
are these the same as M1 and which do i do at the start and end of the row
