I click on the pattern icon but receive no pdf download. In firefox the address is file:///Applications/EntreKnits.app/Contents/Resources/pdf/EK_DominoBracelet.pdf but no pdf is opened as I chose in my tools settings. Please advise I am on a mac Thank you

I think with this one you are best off to go to help/customer service tab at the very very top right hand side of this page. You scroll down until you get to where you can enter other complaints and problems. Type in your problem and send it to them. They have their email address there for you. The Interweave Knits needs to be made aware of this problem so that they can make this user friendly for any computer that the members have.
