I found an adorable hat last winter that used a lot of different fibers, yarns and strings. It was just a helmet hat, but every 2 - 4 rows there was a different kind of fiber used. They had angora, acryllics, some binding string, and others. Has anyone seen anything like this, or would I just use a regular hat pattern, and change fibers as I go?
The stitches were all the same, so nothing new there. Would I Have to make exception for the stretchiness of the fibers in planning this kind of hat?
Any ideas would be appreciated.
