I'd knit the Fair Isle (or whichever one is easiest and fastest for you) for this season. Then, knit more complicated sweaters after you know how big Daisy is going to get.

BTW, Daisy is a CUTIE! I have six dawgs (3 Havanese, 1 Boston Terrier, 1 Mini-Schnauzer and 1 Heinz 57) and love it when it gets cold enough in Florida to dig out the sweaters.
