I watched the video over the weekend and printed out the measurement chart. I plan to order the book because it sounds like it will be extremely helpful in getting a good fit. However, I have a question, in the video they measure the shoulder width across the back between 2 knitting needles held uder the arms. The chart also has a line for back measurement (1B). How do I get this measurement?
