I think it should be the Aberdeen Beanie
Everdeen Beanie, it is just so pretty!

The torque-she'll need a warm stylish hat since the weather will be so different from Egypt.
I love all three and I'm sure your sister would too. The toque wins my vote though because, as I recall from previous pictures of your sister, she's a stylish girl. The hat looks sleek & elegant as well. Hope you had a Happy Thanksgiving and it looks like Christmas will be wonderful with the return of your sis!
Hands-down: the toque! (Though you can't go wrong with the Alpine Topper for warmth, just in case you want to knit two!)

My vote goes to the everdeen beanie.
Everdeen Beanie is beautiful!
I feel the Everdeen Beanie is the choice because the design tells the receiver of the gift they were worth the extra effort with the design. They don't have to know it wasn't that difficult to knit. :)
Believe the felted hat would be more stylish and warmer. It could be embellished with a flower, some leaves and beads.
Definetly the toque, its simple and stylish and looks like it could be adapted to many different yarn types. Hey, if your sister doesn't like it - think of me!!!
I like the Everdeen hat. I like the interesting pattern and I tend to frequently choose different patterns like this to practice different knitting skills and a small hat project is perfect for that. Besides it's very feminine!
I like the welted toque. It is a design that can be formal or casual and it looks like it will knit up quickly. It is probably the quickest to knit of the three.

Simple but striking!
