Yarn: N.Y. Yarns Twinkle (58% nylon, 40% acrylic, 2% polyester; 92 yd [84 m]/50 g): #21, 4 balls for boa; 5 (6, 6) balls for shell.
Hook: Boa—Sizes K/101⁄2 (6.5 mm) and N/15 (10 mm). Adjust hook size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
Needles:
Shell Body—Size 10 (6 mm): straight. Shell Neckband—Size 8 (5 mm): 16"
(40-cm) circular (cir). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the
correct gauge.
